Overview
Under rule 5.9 of the Consumer Data Right Rules (the CDR Rules) accredited persons are subject to the default conditions on accreditation set out in Schedule 1 of the CDR Rules.
In addition, subrule 5.10(1) of the CDR Rules gives the ACCC, as CDR Accreditor, the power to:
- impose other conditions on an accreditation
- vary or remove conditions on an accreditation, including default and other conditions.
Below is a record of conditions imposed, varied or revoked by the CDR Accreditor under subrule 5.10(1) of the CDR Rules.
