Holiday period arrangements

The ACCC will be closed from 12:00pm AEDT Wednesday, 24 December 2025 to Thursday, 1 January 2026 inclusive.

During this time, you can still use our online services to submit queries, or complaints and feedback but we will only respond after 2 January 2026.

Technical support for the CDR Register

From COB Friday 12 December 2025 to Sunday 4 January 2026 inclusive:

  • Support will only be available for resolution of high severity incidents specifically relating to the availability of the CDR Register.
  • Changes will not be made to the CDR Register. This includes (but not limited to) new participant/software product activations, removals, or name changes and any Conformance Test Suite support.

  • Make an enquiry

    Make an enquiry to find out general information about Consumer Data Right. For example, you may wish to understand more about your rights and/or obligations under Consumer Data Right.

  • Make a report

    Report business practices and behaviours relating to Consumer Data Right that are of concern to you.

  • Submit a complaint

    Submit a complaint relating to the handling of your Consumer Data Right data to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

  • Responsible disclosure program

    Report potential security vulnerability within the Consumer Data Right, or with one of our services.

  • Provide website feedback

    Provide feedback on or report issues with the Consumer Data Right website.
